Dwayne Wade is having more troubles to go along with his already rocky divorce battle. The Miami Heat star, who took a quick exit from this year’s NBA Playoffs after getting bounced by the Boston Celtics in the first round, is now facing possible turmoil in the courtroom.

Wade’s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Wade filed a suit in Chicago this week claiming that Gabrielle Union is causing her and her two sons emotional distress. The lawsuit alleges numerous instances in which Gabriella Union and Dwayne Wade got a little too close for comfort in the presence of the younger children. According to Si.com, damages are in excess of $50,000.  Siohvaughn Wade is alleging that her eldest son is suffering from anxiety and losing his hair due to the current circumstances and also claims that her main concern in these matters is the well-being of her sons in this matter.

As it is well-known, Wade is opting out of his final year of his contract with the Miami Heat and will join the star studded free-agency class this summer. It looks like Wade won’t only be making the news for the giant contract he is sure to sign.
